future buildings plans will need to be within these new zoning by-laws in order to get a building permit. CEN got their building permit a year ago.. buildings are already there. Once they get approved by HC the town cant do anything about it.. it would of been nice to have the town on our side.. but it really doesn't matter what they do.. the town will not be allowed to set foot inside CEN biotech fence once they are approved. Will be under federal control
