Is anyone aware of VFIN on level 2?  I am in UNGS and the ask was at $0.0005 with 5000.  After that there were 20M shares sold at $0.0005 and VFIN would not move their 5000.  What the heck is that?  I called them up and they would not answer any of my questions directly.  Just want to see if you have ever seen this before.
