It may, it is election season, not one of them want to risk a vote for anything, they will be vague to cloud their stances until vote is over and their "jobs" secure.
Want them to have a final say already. Especially since they are all on record backing this from day 1 anyway, didn't like they whole "OMG! we have a MMJ facility here? who are they? what are their plans??? HAAAAALLLT!!!!
