Law firms are awaiting formal charges against officers of both corps and I-Equity I believe. Then they are able to attach and garnish personal assets as well . I've been waiting for justice to be served upon those whom took part of this entire scheme to bilk investors out of their money so as to line their own pockets. It was my understanding though that they were unable to file any formal lawsuits until those being investigated are charged with federal offenses or investigation is completed. Which I wanna be the first lawsuit filed or lead plaintiff against those whom orchestrated this. I really don't think the Canadian government will allow a merger to be completed with federal charges possibly looming. JMO!
