get us to the proverbial Promised Land of "no RS needed" share price
$35-Mil. to $50-Mil. upfront BP payment for 15% stake in LymPro would help
however, I don't think they will sign someone though
it defeats the intent associated w/ a much alluded to "spin-off of the Diagnostics Division"
...and a potential ensuing bidding war
