I guess its a good life lesson about patience, regardless of how optimistic you are.
License seems to be a matter of when, not if. I think that when that happens, everyone will have the ability to sell above their basis, or to hold, as the price goes bat shit crazy (up and down) for a little while. Ha, that'll be another exercise of patience.
