In reading the Effectiveness Notices for November 3rd I noticed two companies that received their Notice of Effectiveness on this date that had the same type of filings as VitaCig.
The first company filed their last S-1/A on 10-10:

and the second company filed their last S-1/A on 10-14:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?actio...;count=200
VitaCig filed their last S-1/A on 10-16. The Notice of Effectiveness has to be so close to happening...
