Sounds more like i-hub is shorting ICBT and using their message board to manipulate the stock to their advantage.
Maybe after Matt Brown got busted, they figured out a new scam that looked more legitimate to the SEC.
Like...lets pretend we're helping the SEC shut down what we think are scam companies while we short and distort them to make money.
