i think he (peter) still believed those things when he said them. but i think the consulting agreement with hemp was what drove us past the point of no R/S. i am hopeful that we can restart this company and move forward. I hope peter learned a valuble lesson from this. and if he remains with us that he begins communicating with us soon. after a great deal of thought, i actually believe shame is why we havnt heard anything from the company, peter knows he made a big big mistake. and is trying to find a way out of it. as for now i believe our consulting agreement still stands though and we may be locked in a very bad contract for a while. unless we have lawyers who can undo this mess
