Any word on a Lawsuit?
One would think that this case would be a slam dunk for any attorney. Here we have a company claiming 50 million in revenue, and then all of a sudden, "Oops sorry, every cent of it was just accounts receivables that weren't collected." We need the government to come out with their findings and criminal charges. Once that happens, then hopefully attorneys will come out of the woodwork to file civil lawsuits on behalf of the shareholders.
