EPGL who has 8billion$ and 150b$ companies signing on with them to develop technology, EPGL and Intel may be working on an industry standard MEMS platform, its also possible sec filings have been delayed as these giants buy in to EPGL, also consider the smart contact lens race could it be INTEL, COOPERVISION, EPGL Vs. Google, Norvartis, +??
