I don't have any idea what price someone may receive for shares of TelVue if they were to order 10 or 20 shares at the ask but my thought is that if someone ordered 100 shares at the asking price they may receive a discount so as to take the last price down.
Could be things will stay as they have and no one will buy or sell anything.
