Wrong it's 3 days not 20 days that current shareholders can't sell sometimes it could be 4 days depending on the brokers. the 20 days (trading days) is only how long the "D" stays on the Symbol before getting back it's original ticker.

Shareholders can't sell for 20 days post-R/S and yet the pps NEARLY ALWAYS drops on a R/S, Why is that? Why?
