If you listen to the town council meeting, they mention the company would have to apply for building permits to complete the work and since the zoning amendment application has not been given due process, the town does not know what utilities needs might be. That portion would be done during the 45-60 day period the town considers the application, part of which is the infrastructure requirements. The first building might be hooked up but I would say the second building not yet.
