Initially I think the importance attached to the date was it was not important because the company was being grandfathered in. That is not the case so now it is a wait and see what sites will remain site specific for zoning, what sites will require a zoning amendment application. For a date which is not important it certainly seems to have attracted a great deal of interest.
The only news of interest in my mind would be did the town change the current agricultural value added at 20 North Rear Road to accomodate the company or will the company have to go through the zoning amendment application process which they have acknowledged they will have to do by way of filing the application for it. If that has not occurred, the day is of not much interest to shareholders. The new amendments will likely identify sites where future applicants may wish to locate depending on the nature of their operations. Are they strictly a grower or are they a grower and retailer?
