"During the nine months ended August 31st, 2014 the company spent 167,334 on litigation related expenses on Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera Mexican mining properties compared to 180,335 during the nine months ended August 31 2013.
As at August 31, 2014, the Company is still in the process of protecting its interest in the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera mining properties in the Mexican courts".
