Excellent plan! I HAVE relations and many friends in RU as well as from St Pete. A good friend at NASA is from there. The Fly America Act will be great as well. A contract with Gubbmint contractors will be a nice touch. All the Russkys in NY will make this as regular transport back and forth. They will need another couple planes quickly.
