Well the way I see it, unless Matt can show and prove that he has taken the next step and the business plans are miving forth....and WE beleive it, the PPS can propel and hold a little better than flippers taking advantage of the situation we have. I have seen so many stock with similar share structure that is doing better and can hold the PPS better. IMO
