Alert - Not To Expect Any GACR Stock Increase !!

The Act & Vote Post I also posted repeated at other Forums
and by the PMs received, I can estimate about 20 Proxy Appeals
reached the SEC which they cannot ignore and resulting the
Stocks Structure get by SEC improved according as proposed
in the Proxy Appeal by Preferred Stocks Fix Conversion Factor
of 80 - 100x, this means No Safe Heaven of Preferred Stocks
anymore and they Lose as anybody for the A/S to remain by
100 Mn Preferred Stocks and 900 Mn Common Stocks as
Totally 1 Bn Stocks Authorized !

The reason why we did not see any PR shortly, could be
by GAC already very busy with SEC to fix that problem
once and for all. Otherwise we would have get already
a date to until when to Vote, what did not happen and
by the Proxy Appeals at First Priority to be handled it
resulting will Not Have Any Vote, if the Appeal was
done right as we can assume !

The result we should see by the SEC 8-K of Sept. 2./8, 2014
to get Withdrawn and Amended by the New Conditions for the
Preferred Stocks.
