There is a lot of BS being spewed about this MEL to get out of Phase II. Here are two facts that ScumHub won't understand:
1) The MEL is a simple document that dictates what equipment SHALL be operational for flight. An MEL is already compiled by Boeing for the aircraft. Apparently the FAA wants it on Baltia letterhead. No big deal.
2) If it were a big deal, the FAA wouldn't have passed them from Phase II while waiting on it. People want to make a big deal out of something that is a non-issue.
