Its not about whether there needs to be another inspection or not. You, and a lot of others, are inferring that the pods are in and good to go through the statement "Pods aren't an issue".
Its not actionable. Sorry, but its true.
Put it this way. If for some reason someone went to court and used that statement to sue Bill, Bill would win 10000000 times in a row (he'd be dead of boredom after that many hearings). Its not a statement of fact and holds no water.
My question is why aren't pods an issue? Have they been ordered awaiting install? Are they installed? Are they installed with further inspection needed? Are they installed to HC's satisfaction and we are awaiting license?
Those questions give a definite answer and are actionable.
