The questions were meant to add to the discussion of the ACC's proposals outlined in your post. When someone suggests that PTO isn't economical, the assumption is that they have run the relevant numbers themselves. If you haven't, and prefer to simply accept someone else's analysis, that's certainly your prerogative. Apparently the ACC, and the PTO Alliance are among those who don't share your conclusions, even if they're not your own.

Such statements illustrate backward-looking projections - another sign that you haven't thought the issue through. The business model is not to produce fuel, but rather to place the processor(s) in the hands of owners / producers of large streams of waste plastic, if it makes economic sense to them. That is what we are all waiting for.
