I got a whisper from someone close to BKEN. Says all the rumors of charges
are BS. Rick and Chris have no worries and are on vacation. They will be back
in a couple weeks and plan on getting back to business once they are state
side.
To be honest, I think it's all BS. No way the DOJ or SEC is that fast. It took
them almost 3 years to build a case against the biggest frauds on the OTC.
No way they got enough on Rick in less than 3 months.
BKEN might have a shot, but it depends largely on Rick and the news the
company releases - true, legit or not.
