I believe that using the tail number won't work to find the flights. the flights will most likely be filed using Baltia's specific call sign and flight number as they will be operating under Part 121. Tail number filings are only appropriate for Part 91 and limited Part 135 operations.

Hopefully someone in the know will be able to get the flight numbers from HQ when they are filed.
