Re: brickbybrick #9935
The "need for immediate information" is the Lympro Partnership agreement that Gerald promised at the "end of summer." I am assuming "end of summer" meant September 22nd. It has now been over 4.5 weeks since the end of summer and nearly 4 weeks since the LP002 LymPro data was released, which Gerald said would precede the partnership agreement.
These are time frames and expectations that Gerald established. The market is waiting for the information he promised and is now over due on. If there is no partnership agreement coming regarding LymPro.....he should just say that.
He seems to have abandoned talking about the Lympro partner in favor of talking about the "Diagnostic Division Spin Off" that they are "considering." He always mentions how it will increase shareholder value, but never gives any concrete time frames. "Near term" could mean a month from now or a year from now.
The failure to bring the "LymPro Partnership discussion" to an appropriate conclusion, after his talking about it for 2 years...is perplexing. He's doing the same thing now with the "spin off." It's all very vague. I think that's why we're trading so much lower than we should be right now. No one quite knows what to expect.
To be fair to Gerald, maybe there are so many contingencies that he has no control over that it is difficult for him to give time frames. In any event, the company's pps is connected to it's communications to shareholders and the public. So if our pps is lower than it should be, maybe company communication is less or not all that it should be?
