"I still can't fathom why a stock with DUTV's supposed potential is not being bought up in $5,000 to $10,000 blocks by the companies who are partnered with them. They are surely in the know about where the stock price is going. But that's just a pet peeve of mine".

I am not aware of any "Company" that can purchase shares like that. Hedge Funds can't/won't do it till ~$2.00/share. Mutual Funds can't do it till at least ~$5.00/share. It is all spelled out in the "Articles of Incorporation and their Company By-Laws.

Private investors, Venture Capitalist's, Investment Banker's can and do....
