AND FINALLY TO SAY , that is, if you will or have watched the video about SECRETARIAT, ''GOD'S PERFECT RACE HORSE!'' , you shall hear a phrase by one of the commentator's, who is talking about that day & that particular horse, & horse race, and the many people WHO HAD PURCHASED/INVESTED in a ticket that day,............
