I think that it is fair to say that the highest earners in this country would gladly pay more if it were used correctly. Last year was the highest income for the Federal government. We have a spending problem. $250K a year is not the rich, not when corporations like Apple paying 2% in taxes and GE not paying any or under 5%. Taxing people that make $250K a year will not help unless we control our spending. I for one will gladly pay more in taxes if we cut spending greatly and quit giving money out to people that want to kill us and lazy people. JMO
