Nice post . This is not how I would run my Business. However, "It Is Not Mine". A long time ago, my Business Professor informed my class of the many ways to start up a Company. This was the last one as a "Penny Stock" that was the most difficult to achieve but the most gratifying and rewarding in the end. "You are Not Beholding to Anyone", no Investment Bankers or Venture Capitalist's. In effect, the "Share Holders" of both the common and Preferred shares outstanding are in effect the "Venture Capitalist's"

FYI.....Mr. Fred Smith took this very same approach. We studied that "Startup Company" with the very same Business Prof. beginning as a "Penny Stock". The difference here is my Business Prof. Did not almost "Fail" me as Fred's Business Proff did him.....Mr. Fred Smith is the CEO of that "Start Up Penny Stock" ..."Now Called FEDEX"
