Awesome Penny Stocks and their guys were never BOD or officers and while
investigating those guys the SEC halted several of their picks because they
were sold and issued shares that violated Rule 144.
I guess that is a huge leap of faith to think $BKEN didn't violate Rule 144 with
their share issuance. FINRA would not have checked for violations, only the
issuance and purpose.
Not a good idea either to leave this company in the hands of a geologist that
may or may not be real and a Chinese master...
