This is an open letter to all TelVue shareholders but is directed at Emmett Hume. Emmett will be expecting my call this morning and we will discuss nothing at all about TelVue. The only thing we will do is agree that I will call again after the weekend (giving both time to think) to work out a date and a time for a meeting face to face.

The position I have placed myself in by pressuring this meeting may very well place me in jeopardy because , believe it or not , there are people who will claim no matter what we discuss it will be inside information. Some may think I have a cynical attitude but there may be some here who would like to see me put in jail or at least take me to court to do me or the company harm.

Make no mistake. I would rather not go to jail but I will go if I have too.

Emmett you will get a call from me this morning and we will discuss the time and place for a meeting and nothing more.

Except for an occasional post of a level 2 the people of the ‘Stock talk boards” will not hear from me till at lease Monday. I couldn’t care less about any comments you may make.
