Pursuant to the Employment Letter, Mr. Commissiong shall be entitled to an initial base salary (“Base Salary”) of $225,000 per year, which shall automatically increase to $337,500 per year upon the Company becoming listed on the NASDAQ Stock Market . In addition to the Base Salary, Mr. Commisiong shall be eligible for a performance bonus of up to 35% of his Base Salary, which shall be based upon certain milestones set by the Company’s Board of Directors in their sole discretion.
