because he chose not to file it for some reason. i am guessing his attorneys advised against it……..i worn throw out theories, just wish Jeff would tell everyone the truth which he easily could do…..

not arguing here, jeff said he filed it but he lied or he changed his mind or someone else had control of the Facebook page for a little bit…..

i do not see another avenue that is plausible.
