Mostly penny flippers. That is the problem with the OTC's and pinks. A lot of flippers trying to make their 100 percent. That is why it is critical to hold your shares while the share restructuring is occurring. It will squeeze these guys out and force them to either hold long, or move on. They might be doing this up until the share buyback. They know they don't have much time left.
