Think about it...If you were from the previous regime and told to take a hike, would you be cooperative with the new BOD and Chris. They are probably bucking all the questions as to just what transpired and that is why Chris is having a field day trying to resolve anything. And heck knows if all the previous regime did things above board that can be documented for the SEC. They would be cooking their own tails and opening theirselves to whatever...you figure that part out..
