i think its sickening that colluding entities can actively work to destroy legit OTC co.s
via very well documented *efforts* for *money*

while change is en route .. only tracking shares that actually exist .. from issuance
to delivery .. will be *change* that matters

doubtful the dolts can implement that without totally imploding the *markets*

interesting *dilemma* for sure
