"SOMERSET REFINERY didnt close it doors until late 2010, whats all of this jibberish about them being closed in 2009?"
- A1ias
I didn't see anyone saying Somerset closed its doors in 2009. Somerset closed its doors in early 2010, not late 2010. They closed a couple of months before Mr. Bordynuik announced at the AGM that the WTI-$3/bbl offer came from Somerset...except Mr. Bordynuik announced it as an offer still in effect and never mentioned a peep that Somerset went under.
I suspect it was convenient for Mr. Bordynuik in misrepresenting his process as producing for under $10/bbl with offers in hand for WTI-$3. He didn't announce that it was Somerset until after Somerset was defunct. I suspect he wanted to name a company that nobody could check up on to see if he was lying about the offer for PTOI's plastic-derived oil. Somerset fit the bill.
And again, Mr. Bordynuik announced WTI-$3 as a bona fide offer still in effect. Yes, I understand that the shills here can argue that it was only Mr. Bordynuik being once again unaware and not dishonest. But personally I think it would be hard for any individual to be so "stuck on stupid" and simultaneously as lucky as Mr. Bordynuik would have to be to make that many 'mistakes' to his advantage.

Yes, I understand your penny stock also is the real deal, created with the inventiveness of Edison and destined to be the next Microsoft. Yes, I understand that the delays are also only because your company is making their product and/or technology even more revolutionary.
