we have the usual *transparency* underway on PTOI via the marker manipulators ..
of course the 10 day reveals a few issues .. to say nothing of whomever
rigged the 2M+ volume day >> seems to have some PROBs above a certain PPS
(telegraphing 13c) .. which is rather interesting .. (i noted 15c after the *volume*)
that said we both know they show what they want (via l2) when they want ..
one other aspect i noted to another .. they get *twitchy* when YOY gets close to -60% ..
real dilemma underway for them re: this stat .. after mid month ..
