Glad to be of service. All factual information as picon says, good or bad should be presented. I have been sitting on that information for a few days hoping to hear back from the company about what they do but never did and decided to post it anyway as it is directly related, if not to FITX, then to the industry and might well be a system they consider using although I don't quite get the concept of glass pods from the picture. To me it looks like a high density racking system allowing more bang for the buck at least when they are seedlings but when the plants mature, those racks definitely will need to be spaced apart both vertically and horizontally, not just for growing but for access for inspection and trimming. Not my forte though so my assumptions could be incorrect.
