Here's something that I am not an expert on that maybe someone can answer and help me understand.

Why would they need to keep certain items of the deal secret for competitive reasons? Wasn't Eltoprazine pretty much abandoned and Amarantus saw an opportunity to continue its development for not much up front money? I understand the idea of keeping things hidden for competitive reasons but not for this deal.
