I'm sure you know I've addressed this price drop for a few weeks now , and there is some good in it . This water system that is said to work can lower the over all lifting cost to producers. Also producers that are not efficient will have to sell their leases .
If we're ready with a plan this drop in price can work for us.
Drilling crews will work for less when face with no work .
Hedging of oil is the game ,some producers that did not hedge will be in trouble and look for ways to lower their cost or fold anyone can make money at hundred dollar oil, it takes skill to make it below 70 and it could go way lower . This is the time for us to make a move .
