This is exactly what happened with AMB$. Bashing was nonstop, so all the longs came over to iHangout. Took a few months to make everyone aware. Now it's a ghost town on the iFlub board and has gone from hundreds of posts to a handful a day.
Only downside is the bashers try invade iHangout which makes the moderators job a busy one deleting posts.
