TMMI is still waiting.
All documents are on the Patent site not from TMMI management or lawyers, for all to see.
Dimention has a time frame to respond to the proceeding before it gets set to tribunal for trial.The first 90 days has past with nothing /No response from Dimention.This was due 90 days from June 5 /2014 when patent agent Jack Todd was served notice..
The filing date as noted in all the records for public viewing.
That date for initial response was Sept 5/2014
TMMI is waiting which is why it states pending.
Why is Dementia not responding???
