In the last 10 minutes it appeared to be mostly selling at the bid, driving the price lower. There were large orders on the ask, so it might have been MMs taking the price lower to pick up shares to try to fill those large buy orders.

The CT Order is not a common filing and many don't understand the significance or even what it relates to. Some of the late trades may have been related to the misunderstanding of this document, but that's just speculation?
