mygg is NOT late in reporting-their fiscal year,based on previous 10k filed dec 17 for fiscal year ending aug 31,shows aug 31 is end of fiscal year-and they have 90 days from end of fiscal to file plus another 15 days if they file a nt form
thats why mygg hasnt filed a nt form as of oct 15-its not a quarterly -its a fiscal year!!
besides otc usually gives a 30 day minimum before changing status if filed late- i've seen co's get a 6 month lag before change of status
