I would not necessarily view it that way. The draft outlines the zoning but what it does not do is indicate where these zones will be, which current sites will remain unfaffected and so on. If they get the license prior to November 4 it means we have to wait and see what zones are what. As mentioned earlier, if the current site remains unchanged, lawful nonconforming does not apply because the regulations preexisted the granting of the license but we simply do not have enough information at this time to base a fact upon. If they remove the value added and they get the license, that is the best result for the company and the shareholders. What are the chances of that happening? As good as it not happening so you wait. It is difficult but just a week away so hang in there and see what shakes out. There will be lots of we will get it, you won't get it. Instead of picking your side, just wait and see. Yours odds are even on this one. Ignore the naysayers and don't get overly excited with the pumpers either. They are playing their own game for their own gain. From now until November 4th, lots of bs will hit the boards. If one wanted to go away and ignore it all, now would be the time. Seven days is not a long time to wait.
