My lawyer told me today as a general observation after pointing out he was like Aubrey ex-CEO of CHK losing money in commodity market to kill profits to a loss (over 200million two quarters in a row) - that it is likely he has a sceme going to make personal money on it that you have to watch out for oilmen.

So now I'm thinking, wow, why didn't I think of that. Since I'm so suspicous by nature. But now its obvious that I am too trusting on people's honesty. I cannot understand the logic in defrauding people. So thinking about it. He controls 100's of millions of dollars, could own stake in hedge fund for example and go losing way from EPE shareholders and hedge makes fortune for him the other way (is all I could come up with - my lawyer wouldn't tell me what he had in mind so it felt like he knew but couldn't say).
