I have seen this as well and I do agree its fear mongering. All kinds of companies have, ummmmm questionable business practices in other countries. However because this market is derived from mj it makes it that much easier to bring doubt to the minds of the public and investors! Now we will hear someone quote this particular article incorrectly and there we go off to the races.
