Hope LA is treating you well, I've always enjoyed you on our board (tragedy) and wish you the best.
This is what I wonder...how much will we see back if we fight this legally? I'm thinking that sounds like a mess and will probably also require us to shut our mouths.
How much damage would be done if we advertised the story? I can't imagine Gavin, Benz, & Allyn would appreciate seeing their names on billboards in their state about scamming hard earned Americans out of their money through manipulative stock frauds.
I'm not sure what the best approach is but whatever we do I hope it is seen by the public's eye. This is a disgusting situation and we were lied to and manipulated.
The people that seem to me to have the most to lose are BBio, Gavin, Benz, & Allyn. They all have very credible public roles...this could cause a lot of damage to those people I would think if the right path was pursued.
