No one internally has said 'JV' with BP. They have always said partnership which can come in many forms. AMBS has a partnership (MSA) with ICON right now. I believe they build out the partnership with ICON in some new way in the US that includes upfront money and/or globally. This would be for RUO and CLIA. Big Pharma or Big Diagnostics would come into play for FDA approval, once they have built value in these markets with ICON. Late that point a company would be willing to pay a lot to buy or partner with the diagnostics division, which would fund MANF and Eltoprazine through clinical trials to commercialization.
